Good morning, May 3, 2016, from Ultrablue

I am up late and about to go to bed. I realized that I have not posted here on Plan B in ages and dropped by to say hello.  I posted three videos under commercials, one of which features ME.  Check it out.

I have been enjoying retirement and keeping busy.  I officially joined the Medicare Club on May 1 because I turn 65 on May 7.  I am getting sleepy but just wanted to stop by and say hello.  I will try to come back soon.

HI Zeke!  I have pretty much plateaued diet wise and am maintaining a 100 pound loss. I am walking and exercising for a minimum of two hours each day.  I weigh everyday and keep losing and regaining the same 4-5 pounds.  I hate to admit I have been eating foods that I should avoid, mainly sweets.  I need to lose another 50 pounds and hope to get jump started soon and start working towards that.  But I feel the healthiest that I have felt in years and have much more energy.  Even though I have not lost any real weight lately, people still think I am losing.  Maybe the fat is just moving around.

Great to hear, Ultra. Sounds like you are in good exercise mode. I bet if you have to miss a day you really miss it. I'm not there yet but I look forward to the day.
Any comments on the race for POTUS? Curious to know. Any predictions?
