LOL I've now had time to think about it and it makes sense I don't know about the part of IN that Sam lives in but I "did time" in the southern part of IN and those people LOVE their reality TV and they don't like women in power-so the love of Trump outweighs their evangelical nonsense (Cruz loses) and Bernie may be a communist as far as they're concerned but he is a man first (he wins)

The NW Indiana corner I live in is much different than the rest of the state. We are more influenced by Chicago politics & are far more liberal than the rest of the state. I think Indy might have some liberal leanings but the rest of the state is Republican & religious. But Cruz is far too religious & who wants religion in politics anyway?
People under 40 seem to love Bernie here. Republicans think he is communist though.
I do think it is hard for many men to vote for a woman.
