A Post From Campbell

Campbell posted at the nest:
I know some of his (Trump's) supporters won't care that he won't release his tax returns before the election, even though he's thumbing his nose at 4 decades of tradition. His excuse is that he's being audited. Considering that the IRS has confirmed that there's no legal bar to release tax returns while they're being audited, that's a pretty lame excuse. More to the point, though, there's a precedent for releasing tax returns while under audit...........Nixon did it more than 40 years ago. Trump has labeled Hillary "crooked," but she's been the most transparent when it comes to taxes. (And, no, I'm not a Hillary supporter.)

If Trump's returns validate his braggart claims about his business success, you'd think he'd be eager to release them. So, what's he hiding & why should he be held to a different standard? Just asking.
