Any Comments about the Good Wife
I watched it Monday night. I guess Alicia will run for the Governor's seat? I know the series is over. But it looks like Alicia lost most of her peeps at the end.

I think the ending was excellent and I know I am in the minority and the world is outraged that they didn't make a happily ever after ending. Alicia deserved to lose her peeps. We watched her turn into a power driven, take no prisoners, be true only to those who currently suit her agenda. She was an awful mother. She has turned into a Peter clone and she will probably go far in politics.

I agree. She was not too sweet and innocent in the end. But a slap from her partner? And she lost that cute bf, the investigator. I had missed a lot of episodes so I wasn't sure if I read it right. It was a good show. Will miss it.

UGG! I wasn't too pleased with the ending...Such a long running show and it ended with a slap? Wow!...imo that was just terrible.

Going to play the devils advocate here 
Did Alicia use something personal involving Diane (that hurt her) to win the case for Peter? Is that good lawyering, politicking or friendship? Why would she destroy her friend/"partner to be" for Peter who she is divorcing?
The show started with a slap (Alicia slapped Peter) then started her "new" life. The show and ends with Alicia getting slapped and starting her new life.
If I was Dianne, she'd be lucky to get only a slap 
Or you could view it as a literal slap in the face to you the viewer because you aren't getting your happily ever after ending LOL

I see your point...however did Diane know that her husband was involved with that other expert? It really doesn't matter, she chose to defend her client; that being Peter, so it was her job to make sure that he received the best possible defense, and it appears that she wasn't going to do that.
I guess Alicia wanted to walk away with a clean slate with regards to Peter, then she could continue to walk away into the sunset with her new love....but it didn't happen. She just got slapped ....twice.
Too bad its over....terrible ending. I liked Alicia...wanted her to do well... Diane I never liked.
