Rick "Smart Kid Glasses" Perry had three things to say about Hillary's speech.

First thing, “Donald Trump will peel her skin off in a debate setting".

Second thing: Perry said. “Donald Trump will peel her skin off this evening [during a campaign event] out in San Jose as well.”

My suspicion is that Trump will try to find ways out of debating Hillary.  Since she won't let him pull her into a name calling, personal insult game his only strategy has been rendered useless and he does not have the knowledge and intelligence to go toe to toe with Hillary in a debate. He will avoid the debates like he plaque.
