Bucks county  where District Attorney Heckler said a man is facing sex assault. 12 girls was found in his home.  The girl age from 6 months to 18 years old, The 51 year old Lee Kaplan admitted to police the he fathered a 3 year old, 6 month old with the 18 year old girl that was allegedly “gifted” to him buy her own parents.
