Trump’s poll numbers sink into death spiral
Here is a chart from Real Clear Politics that shows what’s happened to Trump’s polling averages ever since he got a brief boost after clinching his status as the presumptive Republican nominee:

Hard to know what to think of this new CBS News National Poll. The top line result shows that in a two way race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, Hillary leads 43-37%. That's when things get interesting. In the first set of poll questions asked, a total of 5% of respondents answered "other" and 6% said "won't vote." A total of 9% said "not sure."
However, when Libertarian Gary Johnson was added to the mix, Hillary's lead remained essentially unchanged, but Johnson showed massive levels of support - levels that would be wholly unprecedented for a Libertarian Party candidate. When Johnson is thrown into the mix, the top line result becomes Clinton 39, Trump 32, Johnson 11.

A new Washington Post/ABC poll shows that 70-percent of all adults, and 69-percent of registered voters, don’t like Trump.
Previously, in April’s poll, 67-percent had unfavorable opinions of him.The group showing the most dislike for Trump are Democrats, with a whopping 95-percent saying they have an unfavorable opinion.
Even among Republicans only 65-percent view him favorably.
The two groups that have so far produced the largest amount of Trump supporters, are now starting to show more people against Trump than for him. These groups being white men (and cuckoos) and white Americans without a college degree (and cuckoos, if you don't count Trump University alums.)

His campaign reminds me a bit of the Price is Right Cliffhanger game. Hiker obliviously happy hiking the mountain while mindless yodeling is in the air. Climbing other & higher only to fall off the cliff.

More Companies Opt to Sit Out Trump’s Coronation in Cleveland
Among those to signal in recent days that they won't sponsor the convention this year are Wells Fargo & Co., United Parcel Service Inc., Motorola Solutions Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Ford Motor Co., and Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. All of those companies sponsored the previous Republican conclave, in Tampa, Florida, in 2012.
