Khizr Khan:
"You should have pinned that back to that veteran's chest and should have hugged him and thanked him," Khan said in an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper. "If he would have been sensible, he would have known what it takes to earn that Purple Heart."

Donald Trump now has a purple heart without ever stepping on a battlefield.
The blowhard billionaire, in the middle of his own war of words with veterans’ loved ones, was given the Purple Heart award by a veteran in Virginia.
“I always wanted to get the Purple Heart. This was much easier,” the Republican candidate said, adding that its original recipient Lt. Col. Louis Dorfman had given it to him as an expression of confidence.
Trump said that the medal was an original, though Dorfman told NBC that it was a replica.
ANOTHER LIE!
A fake for a faker.

The stupid that continually falls out of Donald Trumps mouth never ceases to amaze me. I really think he could have set that whole thing up himself thinking it would redeem him after the back and forth with Kahn. Anyone can buy one of those purple stars and how do we even know for sure this guy was even a veteran. Maybe someone he paid to play the part and give him the medal on camera.

My thoughts exactly, need.

NBC News correspondent Katy Tur tweeted that the veteran told her before the rally that the Purple Heart was actually a duplicate, The Hill reported.
But you're right 'Need'...perhaps Dorfman is also a 'fake'. It does seem kind of odd that someone would give up his purple heart, to DT, .....a medal that signifies the sacrifices a soldier makes for his country at a time of war.
The Purple Heart is awarded in the name of the President of the United States to any member of the Armed Forces of the United States who, while serving under competent authority in any capacity with one of the U.S. Armed Services after April 5, 1917, has been wounded or killed
DT got accused of not sacrificing anything....and then someone gives him a purple heart???? Sounds very suspicious.
