Happy Tuesday, August 9th!
Morning everyone! 
And the beautiful days just keep coming to Chicagoland. 
Sunny with highs in the low 80's. I am winging it & not turning on the AC.
School starts back next week. 
Hard to believe. We had it so much better back in the day. School was out Memorial Day to Labor Day. Now they go back mid August. Nice for parents, but kind of tragic for the kids.

Good morning! I agree, school starts back up way too early, seems like they just got out for the summer, then they go back for a few days, only to have a long weekend for Labor Day. Another beautiful day here also, supposed to warm back up during the week. Have a great one, Sam and everyone who follows!

Afternoon all. I had to drag my body down to lower Manhattan today for a class. I am as old as the teacher. Lol. So what!!!!!! Let's see how many of these Millenials are still working when they are my age!!!!
Actually, most of them are really sweet. Nice surprise.

Yeah Zeke, so what ! I'm surprised the millenials are working now (are you sure they have jobs?) You met sweet ones? I haven't run across that variety yet LOL
It was hot (still is ) and going to really suck tomorrow, hot humid and rain
Why do I love Mondays? I don't know for sure...but I will hazard a guess that it signals a new week of adventures-or when I was a wee one, a new week of learning something in school? I love knowledge, I soak it up like a sponge. I guess the key word would be NEW. Monday always symbolizes NEW.
