Tuesday August 23rd.
Happy Tuesday everyone,
Another beautiful day. 
It's sunny & cool here. High's expected in the upper 70's. So happy the humidity has gone away.
Does anyone have plans for Labor Day weekend? I do not. Just chilling at home with my furbabies. Sometimes that is the best.

Weather here is great too...a little cool this morning...but its supposed to warm up to low 80's today...great...not humid,,,love it.
My plans for Labor day are to visit with family and friends at a bbq...looking forward to it...as we say so long to the summer...

Back in the day, we used to have a big family BBQ on Labor Day. So much fun. But since my Dad passed away 7 years ago, no one wants to host the party. I guess everyone is busy with their own lives. I miss those days a lot, when my kids were young & all the family fun we had. We still do, of course but just not as much.

Hi all. It's a nice day here. Not to hot finally. We always had family picnics on Labor and Memorial day when I was a kid but when my Grandma passed suddenly when I was in high school. It all changed and all the families went their separate ways. Hope everyone has a nice day!!!

Hi guys.......yeah.....it's disappointing how families change when the elders pass. It happened to our family and it's a shocker.
It was a beautiful day.....77 degrees and no humidity. May still go for an evening walk because I know the heat will return.
No plans for the holiday. One daughter was born on May 28th and the other Aug 27th so those holidays kinda of depend on where those two are....and granddaughter is Sept 1st (late sister's b'day). She will be FOUR!!!!! Can't believe it.
Fall is in the air and the stores are filled with back-to-school stuff. I miss getting a little one ready for that. I am lucky to have the granddaughter though. I will go there to see her get on her pre-school bus. Yippie!
