Anybody watching???

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will sit for live in-depth interviews Wednesday night at a forum hosted by NBC News about national security, the military, and veterans affairs.The “Commander-in-Chief” event marks the first time this campaign that both Clinton and Trump are appearing at the same event, and it represents one of their best chances to reach the public before the first presidential debate on Sept ember 26. The forum will begin at 8 pm Eastern at the the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City. NBC’s Matt Lauer, host of the Today Show, gets to ask the questions.How to watchTV: The event will be simulcast on both NBC and MSNBC.

Still watching-I recorded it and started it later-
1. Matt Lauer has no business doing this -he is outta of his league
2. HC answered questions like a normal highly educated intelligent knowledgeable person

The day after Lauer's back-to-back interviews of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, several high ranking sources at the network said they hear the criticism and agree with at least some of it.Even his internal defenders acknowledge flaws in the forum's production.Lauer was widely criticized for failing to fact-check or follow up when Trump falsely claimed that he was opposed to the Iraq war when it started. Some viewers thought Lauer held Clinton to a higher standard than Trump. The Clinton campaign agreed -- it blasted off a fund-raising email on Thursday afternoon titled "Matt Lauer."

Now that I had time to think about it...remember when Ann Curry was fired (banned) from the Today Show a few years back? Matt Lauer did NOTHING, or say ANYTHING in her defense...She cried right on TV and he pretended to feel bad.....but many felt he was responsible for her being gone.

He denied it, said it was the people in charge of the show, but he did Nothing to help her....

If you see someone being bullied and you keep quiet and don't STAND UP in their defense...you are as much a bully as they are.
