Shirl was bruised and a bit cut up but basically fine. Police now plan to arrest Richard Campbell (Dep)* of Edisto Island, South Carolina.
Now here's the kicker that will make you love this woman. Like Hillary, she's in apparently poor health (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). She gets punched hard in the face, knocked down and bruised. She gets driven home by the police. But damn, Shirley pops right back up and she's on message.
At the end of an interview with a local TV station, Shirley says she wanted to add one more thing, a question.
She asked if people find a Trump supporter punching her in the face deplorable.

Ugh. Smh what can anyone say anymore? How many assaults does that make now? It is that he & his base are deplorable, but shush! There will be no truths allowed! Only lies & insults by Trump & his chumpsters will be permitted...oh & assaults. At this rate one of those Trump chumps will try to smackdown the wrong person. I cannot say I will feel sorry for them & that makes me a bit sad that I have become slightly apathetic towards many of his supporters. To be clear I truly hope for peaceful events from here on out, but if his supporters throw punches then I hope it come back to them 3 fold.
Back to Shirley's question. Do I think it is deplorable? Yes, but more so I think it is criminal savagery. This woman could have been critically injured or worse! Come on America we are so so much better than this!
