Very cold here this morning. My Son brought in my hibiscus last night, for the winter.  That makes it official, winter is on it's way. I have 5 huge hibiscus, some are almost 10 years old. I bring them in every winter to my basement for some form of hibernation.  The older ones are huge. It makes a bit of a mess over the winter.  I am lucky I have a space in the basement to store them though.

No plans for the weekend.  I do have a new cat that I am taking to the vet tomorrow. He showed up at my door a few months ago wanting food.  He's very friendly & had a flea collar on so I figured he was someone's cat.  But 2 months later, he is very skinny & still coming to my door every night & morning. He is so sweet & loving. So with the impending cold weather, I have decided to take him to the vet & try to bring him inside for the winter. I have brought him in a few times & he loves it. But I have to put my other cats away to prevent fighting. I don't think he will be aggressive, but my cat Sylvester is not receptive to other cats.
 Keep your fingers crossed that he can adjust.
