Update, The ex wife is on the stand. She testified to that they did have problems in their marriage and caught him texting other women and he confessed he watched porn but she had no idea of him cheating on her. She talked about that day she left earlier then them. She texted him around 10:30 and asked if he got to work ok he texted back yep, Then he texted her around 3, and asked her if she was picking up his little buddy meaning Cooper. She said yes she was picking him up after 4 they text back and forth about him going to the movies at 5. Then talked about going to the daycare and hearing that Cooper was never there and how confused she was and kept thinking everything was going to be fine but thought immediately that he must of left him in the car and went to look for his car at work. Couldn't find it and went in to find Harris and was told he wasn't there. It was on the news on tv about a child was found dead in a car. The people immediately turned off the tv so she couldn't hear it, She talked about how she was being questioned and kept thinking she was going to wake up. they also put in a lot of pictures of Harris and Cooper together and some video of Cooper. The Prosecution brought out that she didn't really know him but the ex would not admitt anything bad about her husband She resisted everything the Prosecution said She is still not believing he did it on purpose, she is still on the stand and cross will continue tomoorow

I don't either NESUNRISE. Both their stories do not make sense. I can maybe forgetting for a few minutes but going all day and even talking to your wife a hour later and through out the day. Makes no sense

Last week on cross examination the Prosecution main theme was that she did not know her husband at all, she resisted in saying she did not know her husband. The defense brought in a parade of character witness saying how good a father he was. Then they brought in a memory expert. He testified to how people can forget. I didn't think he helped Harris at all. Harris is NOT testifying and they rested. The Prosecution did a rebutte and brought back the detective that interview the ex wife and re played her interview with him to show she had know emotion and was not believable. They rested and CLOSINGS start on Monday and the jury should start deliberating by Tuesday.

The jury wanted to see the video of the defendant and his ex wife the day their son died. I fear the jury is split  They will be back to deliberate tomorrow.

They better isolate him in prison...those prisoners 'kill' child murderers
