I'm calling it a "Putin's Puppet" aka "Orange Russian".     

NB: If Serving at Micha's omit vodka and orange liqueur; sustitute OJ or Tang.

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces vodka
1 fluid ounce orange-flavored liqueur
1 cup ice
1 fluid ounce heavy cream
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ready In: 5 minutes

Directions:
   1.Combine vodka, orange liqueur (or OJ/ Tang) and ice in an old-fashioned glass.
   2.Pour in cream.
   3. Enjoy!
