I was told by another poster that tinypic was down....does that have anything to do with the background pictures?

I don't understand how it all works....But I have heard that outages have been reported all day on different sites as hackers are trying to get in to try to influence the election....not realizing that the voting machines are NOT on the internet.  You know the Russians.....

Can you try to refresh and enter the background again?...maybe that will work.
