I am stunned. I feel so hopeless and dismayed right now. I can only pray that many of the things Trump promised to do were only campaign fodder and he won't try to follow through on them. I can't believe the republicans won both houses as well. Now they will have a free for all but the good news is that they will have no one else to blame when this country goes to hell in a handbasket. It will be all on them. Trying very hard to have an open mind and open heart and hope for the best.
No matter how educated, talented, rich, or cool you think you are, how you treat people tells us all. Integrity is everything.

good point. There is no one to blame but themselves
it will be an interesting 4 years, to say the least. I think some of his supporters will be disappointed when they find out there is no wall being built and that many of Trumps promises (boasts) are nothing but hot air. Trump will also see that once he is the actual president, he can't just say "I want this done" and it will be done. The government is very different from running a company. He will have to learn to compromise and listen to advisors

Compromising and listening to his advisors is something I am not sure he will or can do. I don't think he has the intelligence to understand the intricate, complicated information he will be getting. He will go off of his gut and I don't think that is good thing at all when running a country. One of the things I liked about Obama is that he is so level headed and get information from others and think it through and make sound decisions. I don't see Trump doing.

The keyword in your thread is "somehow".....I truly believe that this election was RIGGED by the pervert, wiki-leaks and Putin.... He tried to say that the election would be rigged against him...just to throw the suspicion off himself...but I'm not buying it.
How does a candidate win the popularity vote and yet NOT win the election. I believe her voters came out in very high numbers yet "somehow" they weren't counted....
That racist, pervert is a thief and capable of rigging the election and much more....we will be witnesses to all the damage that this monster can bring on to our already great country! BUT karma is a bitch...and he will get his....preferably sooner than later.
I am pleased with the peaceful protests around the country against him.....this proves it even more. Many people voted for HC and are upset that this election was stolen by that communist!
