Where was the outrage when President Obama made a call to the president of Taiwan?
There was no outrage Kel, because President Obama never made a call or accepted one from the president of Taiwan.
KAC said she's “pretty sure” President Obama made diplomatic calls as president-elect, adding she “can’t imagine” the press was as outraged as they are presently to Trump.
Of course then President elect Obama made diplomatic calls, but not to Taiwan.
The U.S. doesn’t recognize Taiwan as its own nation, doesn’t support Taiwan independence and a US president hasn’t spoken to the leader of Taiwan since 1979.

The thing that Kelly doesn't understand is that Obama is a very intelligent man who already had a good understanding of our countries interests and diplomatic needs and did not just do things impulsively without much forethought. Trump on the other hand doesn't know anything and doesn't make it his business to inform himself before he acts. He is a train wreck in progress. We are all on that train and are powerless to stop it. All we can do is sit tight and wait for the train to crash.
