Tuesday December 20th.
Good morning everyone.
I actually already wrote my post earlier only to be booted off & my message lost. 
idk why but it keeps happening to me. I sign in, write my post, hit submit & it send me back to the log in page. I started copying my post before I submit it, just in case & today that didn't even work. 
So frustrating. Being technically challenged doesn't help. LOL
It is frigid here & we had more snow this weekend. 
I spent most of Sunday shoveling & decorating. Finally done with all the Christmas decorating. Shopping is mostly done. A few more days of preparations & I wil be ready (yeah right! 
) I actually enjoy New Years Eve & Day so much more. No preparation & lots of relaxation! 
Now that's my kind of holiday!
Tomorrow is the shortest day of the year. I look forward to December 21st every year because after that the days start getting longer. The worst part of winter for me is the shortened amount of daylight. It is dark here now by 4:30 PM.
So here's to Winter solstice! 
I hope everyone is having a good day. Stay warm & be happy. Life is short.

Good morning Sam and plan b peeps..
Sam I wonder why that's happening....could it be your computer?...I know I have been having computer issues...so I have to reboot whenever I try to get on...not only on here, but all sites. I know I need a new fan for my laptop...just waiting for it to come in...to get it installed.
I'm almost done with my shopping as well....gifts under the tree....but I always feel as if I forgot something..
Looking forward to longer days too..
Its really cold here today...but its supposed to warm up a little this afternoon and the rest of the week...no snow in the forecast...thank goodness!

Good Afternoon Peeps!
I'm on hold on the phone-wait time 32 minutes-they are not going to be happy when they finally pick up and hear my "charming, well behaved voice" LOL
Its sunny and cold and snow is still on the ground-happy squirrels and birdies abound. No more chipmunks-turns out they semi hibernate for the winter-did not know this 
I miss those tiny lil racing car striped creatures
Maybe I'll put on a House of Cards episode to play in the background while waiting for these idiots to answer.
I hate the dark @ 430 pm !! The best part of summer is the long light days 
Glad everybody seems to be all holiday happy and busy and productive! LOL
This is really crappy muzak too

HaHa...NE..yelling at a stranger may be very healthy. And please share some South Hampton stories. I love that stuff. That movie is on again right now. What's wrong with me. I need serious zone out time when I get home. Yeah, the house is too white but I would take it in a hot minute. And that ocean....
Spunky... you sound super organized and I think you will have the best Christmas! I have gotten lazy. I only get a few gifts and give envelopes. No one dislikes an "envelope".
Sam, we should trade places. I love those long winter days and getting home to cuddle and get warm. But I know the cold is extreme where you are.
