New Years Eve, December 31, 2016!
its New Years Eve...Finally!
Lets put this old year away....and have a better 2017!
The weather here today is a cool 38 degrees, but roads are still a bit slippery....saw a couple of cars stuck in ditches. Scary on these roads when snow and ice is on the ground.
Back home....to get ready for the end of this year.
What about you guys...any plans for today?

I hope everyone is having a lovely evening with good food, friends & family and some good spirits! I am just hanging out with my furbabies & watching New Year's Rocking Eve. A long standing tradition of mine. I sure miss Dick Clark though. I Loved that man! 
I agree zeke, let's start the year out right & impeach Donald Trump. In the beginning we were worried about Mike Pence being the one to worry about but I have changed my mind. Donald Trump is threatening everything I hold dear about my country. What an embarrassment he is. 
Stay safe & warm everyone. Enjoy our last New Year with President Obama at the helm.

Happy New Year! Had a quiet evening with good food and a few movies, just waiting for the New Year, it's got to be way better than the last one! All my best wishes for a peaceful, happy 2017 to every one of you beautiful people. I really believe that good Trumps evil and his lies and hatefulness will eventually catch up to him, his followers will never admit they made a mistake though, they still won't admit that Bush screwed everything up. To better times!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! My wish for all of us and this country is that we are not too embarrassed, not too much in harms way, and not too diminished by this disaster of a POTUS elect. I will miss the Obamas and the grace they brought to this White House despite all they faced.
