And although I value Mitchell Obama very much....I don't agree with taking the high road when it comes to this crazy pervert man...and the jokes on here were very funny....that's all.
Going high

It's not a matter of going high or low. In this country, at least up til now, Americans are used to voicing opinions without fear of retribution.
I think Donald Trump is undeserving of the position of President of the United States. He is disrespectful of many of the people he will represent. He is dishonest and I personally believe he cheated to win the office. HE PAYS NO TAXES. That should be enough to disqualify him. He insults me with his choices of cabinet members....racists, just for starters. He is disrespectful of women.
No...the high road is to demonstrate in the streets without violence....hold his feet to the fire. Get him out of office if he does not represent ALL the people.

Hi zeke,
Respectfully, I think it is a matter of going high or low. We all have the right to voice our opinions and imo should do so with respect and facts. To do so with mean-spirited comments only clouds the opinion and few will listen.
"the high road is to demonstrate in the streets without violence" Completely agree!

Hey NE... great MLK quote..
I like this one too: “The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people.”

Thank you Spunky
I thought it fit the high vs low, as does yours.

Sorry Brave....... I am, shall I say, disappointed that you have chosen words used so often by a great First Lady, Michelle Obama, to defend the likes of Donald Trump. This is a man who should not be president. IMO.
-He has no political experience (which shows in his decisions made within the last not quite ten days on the job).
-He sets a bad example for young people because he has told lie after lie.
-He displays a lack of respect for women.
-He displays a lack of respect for people with disabilities.
-He displays a lack of respect for brown people and black people.
-He displays a lack of respect for the poorly educated.
-He displays no tolerance for people who are not Christian.
-He is poorly educated.
-He will not show his tax returns.
-He continues to conduct personal business which is a conflict of interest.
-He has put this country in jeopardy by banning the entry of Muslims from only seven countries: Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and Somalia (but Christians are ok).
-He has chosen Cabinet members who are racist.
-He will downgrade the public school system in this country by endorsing vouchers, making higher education exclusive for a chosen few.
Well....it's late and I'm tired...and I belong to the working class that pays taxes. I am sure I have left out some biggies...maybe someone can expand this list.
No......this unqualified man will never get my respect, backing or support. He deserves nothing. He hasn't earned it.

Brave,
Additionally......This president has set the bar for name-calling.....high. In fact, Trump's childish name-calling Is a strategy of bullying: Nasty woman, Lyin’ Ted Cruz, Little Marco Rubio and Low-Energy Jeb Bush...just to name a few.
Maybe his wife can help him since anti-bullying will be her "thing".
Take care, Brave
