Afternoon to all.......
Still inside so I have no idea what the weather is like. I am thinking it's hot so I am not running outdoors.
Ha....I am feeling slimmer...not eating much salt, sugar, or carbs and when I do the carbs I am careful about choice. No one is saying hmmmmm....you look like you're losing....but that will come soon. Now I need to to do my stretching exercises and then I will be good to go. Still no medicines but taking SLOW-MAG. It's great for aches and cramps.
Is that more info than you ever wanted to know?

Sounds good to me! It was really warm here today, finally got some nice weather and sat out as long as I could take it, then back into the cool air! Have a great evening zeke and anyone to follow.

Its HOT !!!!!!!!! I made it to 530pm before I broke and turned on the A/C for the first time this year.
Tomorrow its going to be HOTTER like 95?

I think only the Catch is cancelled. Wasn't very good.
Looking forward to the next new show. Really good actors in the cast.
Anyone feel like giving a light background of Scandal?
Love it but some angles are unclear.
So happy Robert Morton will come back next season. It looked like his character was leaving but they got him hooked back in last week.
Tonight....best night on tv.
And can you believe they have moved my favorite THIS IS US on NBC to Thursday??
Monday and Tuesday nights are pretty bland.

It deserved to be canceled .
A light background on Scandal? Everybody is bad. LOL
I think that's impossible and I have been watching it religiously since day 1. 
Maybe I can clear up the angles if you have specific questions? LOL 2 hour season finale tonight
When you say Robert Morton, do you mean Joe Morton aka Papa Pope, Eli or Rowan? 
I LOVE Joe Morton-I want to marry him LOL. He's not going anywhere since next season is the final season of Scandal.
NBC is playing a risky game moving This is Us to go against TGIT shows. But it is locked already for 2 seasons to come, so maybe they feel safe?

Embarrassed because I can watch a show and lose track during commercial. What was that marriage episode between Liv and the Prez? Real or fantasy?
Did the Prez divorce his FLOTUS and is she now running for Prez?

Papa Pope is a little dude? Where's my google?! Yes ! He's my height LOL I saw him in Raisin on Broadway when I was young and impressionable. Mm. Mm. is right 
-That marriage episode was an alternative reality (fantasy) Olivia thought of if she hadn't decided to fix the election the first time Fitz ran. That episode was all "what if" and was the 100th episode.
-Yes Fitz divorced Mellie and she was running for president (with Olivia running her campaign) against Frankie Vargas (democrat) with Cyrus as his VP. Mellie's VP was Jake Ballard. They lost the election at the beginning of this season. (Mellie and Jake). Then, Frankie was shot and killed, so the next in line President would be Cyrus. BUT the big baddies framed Cyrus and he went to prison so the electoral college was going to vote for the next president. The big baddies made it so the electoral vote would pick Mellie as this is who they want for their president.
-Huck was into Quinn and vice versa but then he got back with his wife and child, a few seasons back (that all went to hell) LOL and she started hanging with Charlie and now they are engaged. Or at least they were 2 episodes back from tonight. I am 2 episodes behind LOL

The next season will be the last for Scandal so now I can look forward to watching the whole season. Any bets on whether or not Liv will wind up with the Prez?
I missed both shows last Thursday.....Grey's and Scandal. Will start watching Grey's right now. Last thing I remember there was an explosion due to a rapist getting loose in the hospital. Maybe I'll watch that again first. Such good writing.

I didn't know that Scandal's next season would be its last??? I finally was able to watch it today....it was good..
I also watched Grey's ...that was really good too! The pervert rapist really got what he deserved...it was intense...wow!
