Good Morning Plan B! The sun is shining this morning, supposed to get nasty this afternoon and last through Sunday, yikes. It is supposed to heat up and become humid, it's been pretty chilly the last week, I think the whole summer is going to be a roller-coaster ride of cold and hot and a lot of rain. My flowers are still looking great, we've gotten a lot of deals on plants this year, competition is a great thing, once the Walmart went in, prices dropped everywhere else. Ninety-nine cents for four-inch pots of petunias and $5.99 for large pots of perennials. I do hope no-one goes out of business though! Enjoy your day and weekend everyone!

So far we are having a nice day...temps in high 60's with very low humidity
Happy that your flowers look great...mine do too! I guess its due to all the rain we've had.

Another beautiful day here. A bit warmer, mid 80's but there is a very nice breeze going on & I like it! 
Sounds like everyone has fun plans for the fourth. I have the annual parade on Tuesday. Actually I am not a fan of parades. 
Too loud & crowded for me. But this one goes right in front of my house, so it's a bit hard to ignore. 
So I make the best of it. The Grand kids are coming and some other family. So should be fun.
On each 4th of July I try to watch "Yankee Doodle Dandy". If you don't know it's a movie about George M. Cohan. James Cagney plays the title role and he is amazing. Who new James Cagney could sing & dance so well? I am usually not a big fan of old movies but this one is fabulous!
My flowers & garden are doing well also. But I have to water them daily as we have been experiencing a dry spell.
Hope your unpacking is going well, NES. Before you know it you will be all settled in. Then you can begin training your knew critters. Those concerts in the park sound awesome. A nice way to spend a Summer evening.

Hello teloug, Spunky, Sam, and NE.
It was a nice day here...I am still in the office so it's not yet over for me. So glad we get some enjoyment out of flowers. I really love them, the Iris being my favorite. The purple Iris makes me think of my mother but they don't last long enough. Roses are "up there" for me. All colors but there is a business near my office that has a peach colored rose. It looks sooooo beautiful...makes my heart melt.
Enjoy the day, all. The weekend is very near.

Yes the weekend is almost here....firecrackers are already going off...I have my son's dog...and she is snuggling up with me..terrified....I just love her!
NE must have all her stuff unpacked...JK...well maybe just her flip-flop collection...lol
