Why a six month delay?
Because the coward doesn't have the balls to actually do it.
In six months, DACA will become law and then the POS will be able to go back to his poorly educated, deplorable, racist, cuckoo base and blame everything on congress.

He is definately a coward, but I am surprised he has enough self awareness to know how bad he looks over this.....or someone told him. Something has to give !!
