she announced today would be her last day. Said she's writing a book, etc and its been a wonderful experience and "we're all friends." Wonder if that's the truth or if there is more to the story. Kind of strange she came back for the new season and only worked about a week.

What???? Oh man. That's a loss. Wonder what the real deal is. I love Whoopi but I think she can make coworkers miserable. Just a guess on my part. Damn. They had finally gotten it right.

I thought she was a little off the wall at times but she was really needed on the panel. I hope they find a good conservative replacement for her fast! There is so much going on in this country and the world--not a good time to shake up the panel.

The show was awful today. Ugh....Candace Beret.....please don't bring her back. It would be a HUUUge mistake. Paula is not as strong a presence as Jedidiah to present the more Conservative side of issues. Would love to know the story behind the scenes with Jed. The show is only one hour in the morning and a lot of money......prep...but manageable and worth the money.

It almost makes me afraid of who they will replace her with...I wasn't a fan, but I tolerated her alot more that I did Hasselbeck....

I'm sure Candace won't be back. She was on today but as a guest, doing promo work for Fuller House. Her life is really on the west coast so I don't think she'd want to come back. Maybe now that Ann Coulter has turned on Trump they'll get her! HA HA

I also read online that Jerediah was fired because of her treatment / questions to Hillary Clinton when she was on about her book.

I don't believe it though...because HC would have no qualms about putting her in her place, if that were true. I saw the show when HC was on and I don't recall Jerediah being nasty to her.

I know...just ask NE...she knows everything.....Hey NE...what really happened to get Jerediah canned???

I saw that rumor too about being too hard on Hillary but I don't think that was it. She was doing her job which was to ask questions. She was respectful and certainly not out of line.

I don't think it was about the HC interview. Hmmmm.......we need NE or Dolly to look into this....
I still think there is something up between Whoopi and Sonny. I actually liked Jedediah.....totally disagreed with her but.....what a shame.

I would like her too cossysmom...But she just got a job as anchor for MSNBC for a show called "Deadline"....

I guess if the View offered her enough incentive ($) she might do it....if only.....she was always respectful on The View...

Well I read that she was fired for sure but I don't think it has anything to do with Hillary. I agree....Hillary can take care of herself. It will come out eventually. But I definitely think she was fired.
Nooooo....not Nicole Wallace. I couldn't watch the show because of that voice. Also....she is not combative enough. Not sure about Meghan McCain but I think she's going to get it.

I assume it was announced today...I haven't seen the show yet. I'm really disappointed and REALLY can't stand the way she talks. But I'll give it a try. I really like Joy and Sarah and even Sunny. Whoopi isn't too bad right now...time will tell.

I watched yesterday's show and today's as well...and they still have NOT mentioned Megan McCain...but I read online that she will be replacing Jerediah.
