She should sue...they are violating her first amendment rights.
The pervert can say what he wants against others...but she wasn't allowed to respond???? !!
This had nothing to do with her employment...she wasn't at work...she was doing her own personal stuff...

Agree, Spunky. And others at her job have done worse but they only received reprimands.
