The National Transportation Safety Board is getting ready to dispatch a 20-member go-team departing from Washington, D.C., this evening for Washington state, according to an NTSB official.
This is considered a “major incident” by the agency.Within that group, the teams will each be focused on three different areas. One team will be focused on human performance, another team will look at the mechanics of the train and another team on the rails and the signals, according to this same source.

This was the maiden trip when many officials on board. My husband and I were just talking about taking this train down to the wine country. Just another thing to fear. So very sad.

Oh Pets.....this was so sad...they still don't have an exact number of the people that died,
Once they stabilize the cars...they expect to be able to go into them; to check for any survivors; but they don't expect to find any.
'And wouldn't you know it...the perverts 1st tweet hours later said the following:
."The train accident that just occurred in DuPont, WA shows more than ever why our soon to be submitted infrastructure plan must be approved quickly," tweeted Trump. "Seven trillion dollars spent in the Middle East while our roads, bridges, tunnels, railways (and more) crumble! Not for long!"
That is a somewhat remarkable tweet from a president given the fact that emergency crews were still sorting through the rubble, several people had been killed in the accident and 77 people had been taken to a variety of local hospitals.
His 2nd tweet offered condolences....TOO LITTLE TOO LATE!! He is totally heartless, and doesn't sympathize, or care about anyone but himself....can you imagine the kind of fear his son has of him...OMG!!!
