Re: Friday, January 5, 2018

Spunky, the rest of Plan B, Happy Friday!!!  Still dark and blustery out, reports said we'd get three to five inches of snow, probably got a foot.  Our vehicle is still stuck halfway up the yard, family is on the way to help get it out.  School was cancelled in town, but our high school goes to a Union school a half an hour away, that is open.   Doesn't make much sense, but what do I know.  Frigid temps until next week, another day closer to spring, as my husband says.  We're used to this mess, we depend on it because it brings people to town for snowmobiling.  My daughter-in-law is a real estate agent/broker, house sales are exploding around here, everyone wants to have a place to enjoy winter fun, we'd like to move away from it!  Have a great day everyone.

Hi Spunky and teluog.......
Yup, still very cold temps here but back at work and on schedule. Glad the weekend is here. Last I checked we may get more snow next week. Happy for your daughter-in-law teluog. That's good.
I actually like this weather as long as everyone is safe.
Happy weekend, all.

Re: Friday, January 5, 2018

We are below cold  Its the damn wind, makes it worse.
My gloves were not cutting it today-they can handle 20 degrees-they don't do below numbers LOL. They are cute though  We got a foot of snow yesterday and I felt so bad for the dudes out  there shoveling and snow blowing today-just absolutely awful work.

Keeping fingers crossed for power to stay on as the wind is vicious still

Weekend? Time is all discombobulated with holidays and nor'easters

Enjoy whatever day it is !
