Happy Cinqo de Mayo. I'm actually having friends over for dinner tonight. Quest Fundido, Sangria, Mexican rice, salad and Chipotle chicken enchiladas......with guacamole &sour cream. I also made an orange vanilla flan for dessert.

I was busy winning the Kentucky Derby, 1st and second place...and impressing my fans with my unnerving ability to do so every year
