Anyone watching The Crown?
I know I am behind the 8 ball but I just started watching. I was watching a lot of thug TV and it took me a little bit to get into this. I am NOT a Royal watcher but I am loving the historical value of this series.
I am not surprised about the increased interest coming from America toward the Royals. I think our own current state of affairs in this country is so dismal that we need distraction. Plus now that we have an American becoming a member of the Family, it's makes it all a little more spicier.

yes! binge watched seasons 1 and 2 quite a while ago...anxiously awaiting season 3...

Mind if I comment along the way.....? I might have questions. It's a slow process for me because I keep falling asleep and I have to start all over again. Do you think the story line about Churchill's secretary is accurate? And served as the opportunity that saved his job? Isn't John Lithgow good?
Loved the scene when he was in the bathtub and caused the water to overflow the tub.

I loved it, but have to say I don't remember much of it. I feel like I will probably watch the first two seasons again before the third comes out!

I've watched the first 2 seasons. I love Claire Foy. She is so amazing as Elizabeth. She nailed it.......she got the voice and mannerisms bang on. Just look at how she holds her purse, or how she walks!

Everything about the show is good......acting, the way they change scenes....I loved the coverage of the Duke of Windsor....sad, though.

Hi all..... I am on the 8th episode of Season 2 of The Crown....Dear Mrs. Kennedy. Not at all happy with the actress portraying Jackie. Was Jackie that skinny? Not a good likeness....loved the scene with the Queen dancing with Nkrumah of Ghana.
So disappointed they have changed actors for the next season....we'll see.

Jackie was painfully thin all of her life. I think there might be some truth to the story line though.
