Rudy, commenting on the intelligence of Joe Biden is a joke
That paragon of virtue, Rudy Giuliani, says that trump will be a shoe-in for re-election in 2020 if the Democrats nominate "moron, Biden." He called him "a mentally deficient idiot." Rudy makes the rounds every day showing all of us his talents! Throws the 
out there, then has to walk it back when it's pointed out to him how stupid he sounds. He's the gift that keeps on giving, let him keep talking. Any appearance of good he did after 911 will be forgotten, replaced by the fool he's making of himself. He's just like trump was yesterday, when he went off script and just kept talking, the more he talks the more stupid he sounds, at least to those of us with a brain.

Rudy Giuliani is trying to act like a tough guy to impress the pervert....Neither of them are fit or smart enough to say anything negative about Joe Biden.....that's alot of "malarky"
I forgot along time ago about anything good that Rudy did after 911...all he did was brag.....and only came out side when it was all over....
And the pervert said yesterday that he gets hundreds of calls from parents of soldiers lost after the Korean War.... NO ONE called...those parents would be OVER 111 years old and are long gone!!! He's a LIAR!!!!

Joe Biden has been friends with John McCain for 40 years, and even personally comforted Meghan McCain when her father was diagnosed with cancer last year – the same affliction that claimed the life of Biden’s son Beau in 2015.

That's exactly what my husband said. The Korean War was over before my husband and I were born. He's Almost 65 and I'm 61. Our parents would be 100....if they were still alive.
The problem is Rudy's supporters take anything he says at face value. No fact checking.
