It seems trump's own restaurants are sub-par.  In April, D.C. inspectors "visited" trump's International Hotel and found 10 health-code violations plus on-site kitchens without city permits.  It was given a rating of "moderate risk."  A follow-up visit found that trump failed to comply and correct the violations.  Mar-a-Lago has had 51 health-code violations since 2013, with an additional 30 violations at Mar-a-Lago beach club.  Calling out the Red Hen restaurant (who has passed their inspections with flying colors), when he's operating businesses who can't pass inspections is so "trump."
