Another tax cut that would make the rich even more wealthy is being considered by trump's administration.  The cut is worth $100 billion and could be achieved through regulation instead of legislation, which means congress would be bypassed.  Currently, tax is paid on the difference between the original price and the new sales price.  Under the trump plan, the original price would be adjusted for inflation dramatically reducing the amount to be taxed.  The attack on our country just never ends.
