Good Morning Plan B! It's hot and humid, the sun is trying to come out, looks to be another beautiful day. Sports are all done for a while, I think I'm going to miss it. The kids are taking swimming lessons now, they already know how to swim better than I do. I grew up on the lake, but I could have done a lot better in that department than I did. A lot of people, including my sister, used to swim across the lake (3 miles), I was not one of them. My husband grew up on the lake also, I just found out he's never been fishing! I don't know how that's possible, I think he was too busy fishing for females. Hope everyone has great weather today and gets to do something that makes them happy.

Off for my swim. It looks wonderful out there and I am lapping up everyday of August.
CA next week for new baby birth. Pray for us.

Hot and humid here too.....but I have to clean my house today...really needs it....not what I would call fun, but someone has to do it.....
zeke...good that your taking your swimming seriously...it really is good for you...have fun with it...
And you're going back to CA....for a baby.....so great!!
teloug...maybe you can ask your husband if he wants to go fishing...he might say YES! And while he fishes, you can swim nearby....as long as you're quiet and don't splash around too much....

Good morning Zeke, tel and Spunky. It's not scorching hot here, but gosh it's humid. I'm cleaning up the yogurt and chocolate milk my grand daughters spilled yesterday morning. They've gone home now. I love having them, but my house is a mess.

Hi everyone....finally finished the vacuuming ....looks good...but I also took alot of breaks....had to....so humid and hot even with the AC on...
And teluog, I ran to the store...to get a few groceries (NO ID REQUIRED).....and I bought a couple of plants.....awww ....I hate to see the flower season ending.....they were 2 for $5.00....loved it! These will be fillers for those that have not survived the summer, due to the excessive rain....
Enjoy the rest of the day everyone!! The shower is calling me....2nd one today.....

So Spunky....I found the cutest planter with multicolored impatience in it. $3.99. But....it was a pink colored pot that looked like a tee shirt and the stand part was two feet with matching pink flip flops!!
I’ll see if I can figure out how to take a picture and post it here.
