The president's been so busy golfing it's taken him a while to weigh in on the fires in California.  Well, he has spoken.  He's blaming California for the fires, because the state "diverts water to the Pacific Ocean."??  He also blames it's bad environmental laws and called for them to "tree clear to stop fire spreading."  He didn't say anything about the victims, thank firefighters or offer any comfort to the people who have lost so much.
