Good morning my friends,
I hope you are all feeling good during this heat spell in the east.
I'll be in and out for a little while because of family "stuff" but I won't be too far. Stay cool. I am about to take my swim because it feels so good but it doesn't seem to be making me skinnier. Time will tell.

Good morning Zeke and Tel.......crazy hot and humid here too, and it's been like this for weeks. That's quite unusual for my part of Canada. Going to get therapeutic massage today for the bursitis/sciatica??? That's been bothering me for over a year. Hope it goes away. I need to be better before we go to Disney World in September.

Still hot and humid, but not as bad as yesterday...expecting showers later, so maybe that will help
Enjoy your swim zeke...it really is good for you
Hope you were able to get your massage...cleanspoons ...does walking also help your back?
I like to walk, but with the humidity so high, I'll have to wait for cooler weather.

The humidity just got worse as the day progressed, we had a very loud thunderstorm....scary
