The Carol Burnett Show's Tim Conway, age 84, has been diagnosed with dementia. His daughter is trying to become his conservator. She says his wife is trying to move him from a skilled nursing facility to a facility that has a "lower level of care." It doesn't matter how successful you are in life, we could all end up in the same boat when we're unable to take care of ourselves. And, when there's money involved, things can get nasty. He was such a funny guy, so sharp and entertaining, what a shame this has happened to him.

That daughter needs to understand that Tim's wife is the only person who should be making those kinds of decisions......that is if the wife truly has his best interests at heart and is looking out for him. Money and greed sometimes go hand in hand, and if the daughter thinks she's going to be cheated out of her inheritance I have a news flash for her. Her father doesn't owe her a dime. He can do what ever he wants with his life savings, and his wife, who is his primary care giver and advocate is first in line.
And what constitutes a lower a lower level of care?
