At a video game tournament in Jacksonville Florida!

Preliminary reports suggest 4 people died, and 7 were wounded, a police source said.

The four people that died, included the gunman.The suspect, identified only as a white man, died at the scene, Sheriff Mike Williams said at a news conference, adding that there were no other outstanding suspects. The gunman took his own life, added Williams.
