We don't watch much TV in the summer, but I'm looking forward to season 3 of This Is Us. It's so well written. Does anyone know when the 1 episode airs? Maybe we should keep a thread going to talk about the show.

I'm also over the moon about the reboot of Murphy Brown. Everyone from the original cast is back except Robert Pastorelli (Eldon) who passed away. I think the show isn't going to shy away from politics. Does anyone remember Dan Quayle said when Murphy became an unwed mother? Boy have we come a long way.

I'm sad to to see The Big Bang Theory is coming to an end....are there any fans here.

I read online that NBC has officially renewed This Is Us for season 3. The release date for the new season is Tuesday, September 25, 2018.

There are a few of us on here that watch it....so if you want you can start a thread under category 'TV shows' ...or we can discuss it on the morning thread...

Love Big Bang, one of the few consistently funny shows on. Also loved Mike and Molly, can't believe they cancelled it, still watching re-runs. So little to watch!

Just finished The Handmaiden's Tale....OMG...such suspense. My free trial ends 9/15 so I made it.
When does the next season begin??
Think that's it. That's enough. I do listen to MSNBC in the car.

Mostly I DVR most shows...to watch later....

Last time we heard from NE she was having health problems wasn't she? Hope she's alright!! It's been a while.

Yes she was. We all miss her. I would love to know how she is doing.....
Oh yes....will watch Madame Secretary because 3 former Secretaries of State will appear: Albright, Powell, and Clinton.
I would watch a Scandal return but I won't hold my breath.
Great minds really do think alike.
But if you guys have nothing better to do, sign up for The Handmaid's Tale, free trial on Hulu and watch seasons 1 and 2. You won't be able to stop watching and you won't be disappointed. I'll buy lunch if you are.

Hmmmmm
I have to look up Young Victoria and Travels with Rick Steeves. I forgot The Crown and Big Little Lies on HBO. Netflix has some good stuff too but I am afraid to look because I am watching too much tv!!!
