Spunky and those to follow...it's a beautiful day here, I think by this afternoon it's supposed to be in the seventies with another warm up by tomorrow. Yesterday it started out in the nineties, by the end of the afternoon, it was in the seventies. I can't believe with all of this record heat we haven't had very many storms this summer, last night was the first one I think we've had and it only lasted a few minutes. Have a great day everyone.

It's warm and sunny here.......went for therapeutic massage this morning. Trying to get rid of the sciatica/bursitis in my leg. Fingers crossed.

It's like a bowl of warm soup in NY and now the pool is closed. Grrrr.
Clean, I hope you feel better. The aches and pains I get now are just awful so I know how you feel.
