Hello Plan B,
It's so hot and muggy....miserable. I have the AC on full blast. I don't listen to the weather forecast so I'm never prepared. I grew up in a hot house with no AC. It was right on the Hudson and it faced west. The sun beat down on that house all day and we had one, maybe two fans. That's just the way it was then.
Now I am an AC girl all the way! Does that mean I'm old?

zeke…. We would never sleep again without AC, being old has nothing to do with it! lol It can't decide what it wants to do today, one minute it looks like rain and the next the sun tries to come out. We need the rain, but it sounds like it's going to pass us by again. Have a great day everyone.

zeke, teluog and plan b....
I love the AC especially with the humidity that we've been having lately....and since I have a cold or allergies...the AC helps with that too.
Its humid again here and it was raining this morning...we will have rain on and off all day!

Good morning Zeke, Tel, Spunky, and planb........it's a perfect September day. Sun is out, blue sky. Getting my hair done today.....grey grey go away. I'm watching Sally Field on the View. She is amazing. She wrote a book and I'd love to read it.....maybe I'll start a book club on this MB. Would anyone here be interested?

Heck, yeah! I would love a book club here. We can do oldies, newies, romance, novels non fic.....the works. I think it's a great idea. I think we need at least three people but as many as possible.
Have you watched the Great American Read with Meredith V.?
We can start with a classic....whatever....but I need ample time once we decide on a title. Right now I have a lot on my plate but I can hang.

I'm glad you're on board Zeke. I getting ready to go on vacation next week. I'll start a book club thread when I get back. We can compile a list of books we'd like to read and then decide.
