They are both to testify beginning on....
Thursday at 10 AM.
The statement from Ford's lawyers noted that she would still testify even though "important procedural and logistical issues remain unresolved" and expressed dissatisfaction that the committee does not plan to subpoena Mark Judge, who Ford said was in the room when Kavanaugh allegedly groped her and tried to remove her clothes during a party in their high school years.
They should subpoena Mark Judge and under oath!!

I really don't think anything she has to say will make any difference, they couldn't care less about what he did to her.

Watching PBS. It's the retelling of the hearings surrounding Anita Hill vs Clarence Thomas.
Hill was great....Thomas was approved 52 yea 48 nay. Clarence was approved for the SC. It was a bad day.
