The FBI will be investigating the sexual allegations against Kavanaugh..over the next few days.
Dr, Ford, Deborah Ramirez, and Julie Swetnick are the three women that have issued complaints against Kavanaugh, and whose allegations will be investigated by the FBI
Deborah Ramirez who attended Yale University with Kavanaugh in the 1980s, said that the Supreme Court nominee exposed himself to her at a party and thrust his penis in her face.
Julie Swetnick, a former government employee, also said that she saw Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge at a party where women were drugged and gang raped in the 1980s.
The statute of limitations may come into play with some of these allegations...

The allegations, from Julie Swetnick, were made public by attorney Michael Avenatti on Wednesday morning. Avenatti posted Swetnick's three-page sworn declaration onTwitter.
Hours later, the Senate Judiciary Committee released transcripts that revealed the panel also questioned Kavanaugh about two other accusations that were previously unknown.

Avenatti's client .Julie Swetnick said the following:
"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room," Swetnick said.
"These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh."She also said in her affidavit sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee that in approximately 1982
"I became the victim of one of these 'gang' or 'train' rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present."
"Shortly after the incident, I shared what had transpired with at least two other people," Swetnick said.
"During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking."

This morning I thought it could be Flake who could stop the crazy train....but I didn't really think he'd pull it off. Good for him.
There is something really wrong with those Republican men. (Lindsey Graham...WTF?) (Kavanaugh....bat shit nuts) They are so privileged and the thought of living life with a few less advantages is blowing their minds.

I just read that the FBI has already started their investigation.....stay tuned as developments happen

I think I heard someone say she was included.

From what I have read Trump has his thumb on this investigation. He is directing it. He is telling the FBI who they can interview and they are defining the scope of the investigation. I think this investigation is a farce.

I agree 'Need'....he claims that he's NOT directing this....but everyone knows he is....

I'm starting to think that the FBI investigation is also rigged....

I just heard that they are finished with their interviews and there are still over 40 people with information that weren't contacted by the FBI...
this is a total SHAM!

This is a nightmare. Is this the way people felt when Hitler was on the rise? Hands tied? Helpless?

I've always had a lot of faith in the FBI, but after this "investigation," not so sure. I think the problem is that we were told they would have free rein to investigate as long as they were done in a week, but Trump has actually told them who they could and could not question.
Although the other argument is that they've found something very definitive that perhaps implicates Kavanaugh and that's why they're done. Frankly, I believe the first theory--Trump in driver seat.

It was sham of an investigation. They didn't interview anyone who would speak against Kavanaugh and now they are saying there is no hint of wrong doing. This is why they are keeping the report confidential.
