    Hi Spunky......and all to follow...
    Was a gorgeous day....went for a lovely walk.
    Does anyone have daughters? They can be a real PITAs. (pain-in-the-ass) I told my daughter I am starting my health regimen off by walking EVERYDAY and healthy eating. Exercise today and weaning down to about Wednesday for the good eating kick-off. I mentioned that I was planning on having Haagen Dazz for dessert today and she went off. Just who is the mother here? Geez!!!!
