A Black Michigan teenager, Brennan Walker 14, missed his bus and didn't know what direction the school was in, so he stopped at a house to ask directions. After he knocked on the door, a woman inside started yelling and asked him why he was trying to break into her house, he said he wasn't, he just needed directions to his school, Rochester High. The teen decided to leave before things got out of control, he ran from the property. Jeffrey Ziegler, the home owner, followed him with a gun and fired a shot at him as he was running away. Ziegler first said he heard his wife screaming and ran to her defense, tripped and the gun went off. Just one problem, he had a home security system that captured a video of the whole episode. The boy was running away, he followed, stopped and took a shot at him. Word is that the teen was new to the area and didn't know his way around. Mr. Ziegler has been convicted of assault with the help of his own security system. Finally, a little bit of justice.

This reminds me of the Zimmerman case in FL. This guy saw an opportunity to commit this crime, thinking he could lawfully get away with it. This is a boy for God's sake.
