The Washington Post says Saudi Arabia's announcement about the death of contributing columnist Jamal Khashoggi is not an explanation at all, but a "coverup."

And the Post is putting even more pressure on the pervert, the US Congress and other countriesto hold the Saudis accountable.

 "The Saudis cannot be allowed to fabricate a face-saving solution to an atrocity that appears to have been directed by the highest levels of their government," Post publisher and CEO Fred Ryan said.
Saturday's message from Ryan is the latest in a series of strong statements from the paper.

Friends of Jamal Khashoggi, the dissident Saudi journalist killed in disputed circumstances in his country's consulate in Istanbul, have demanded that authorities in Riyadh produce his remains.

After nearly three weeks in which it denied anything untoward had happened at its diplomatic premises in Turkey, Saudi Arabia admitted Khashoggi had diedbut said it was the accidental result of a brawl.

Speaking to reporters outside Saudi Arabia's Istanbul consulate on Saturday, Turan Kislakci, the head of the Turkish Arab Media Association and a friend of Khashoggi, called on Saudi Arabia to hand over the journalist's body.

This whole story sickens me and I can't believe there isn't more outrage from the administration.  Our president seems to have actually discussed possible "alternate facts" with the king in an effort to let him off the hook!  And Jared has advised his father in law to just sit tight and wait for it to blow over!  What has happened to the leadership of our country??

I'm confused about the audio of this murder, though.  I believe that it does exist, but if it was recorded on his watch, how did anyone get hold of it? The Saudis threw away his clothes so what happened to the watch?  and how was it leaked?  They planned this whole murder so carefully, even flying in a body double to leave the embassy.  How did they screw up with the watch?
 

Read any of the comments from trump supporters on the internet, they all say pretty much the same thing, "what do we care, he isn't from this country, it's their problem."  The right just doesn't care what happened to this man.
