Former Russian President, Mikhail Gorbachev, along with President Ronald Reagan, negotiated the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty in 1987.  It prohibits the U.S. or Russians from possessing, producing or test-flying a ground-launched cruise missile with a range of 300-3,400 miles.  Of course, tweedle-de-trump has plans to withdraw from the treaty because HE says the Russians have violated it.  If they won't play ball with him on a new treaty, we're going to build a lot more nuclear weapons.  As Gorbachev says, "Not the work of a great mind."  trump just won't be happy until he bullies us into a war.
