Meghan needs to learn to make a point and then shut her mouth and give the others a chance to voice their opinions. She also needs to learn that she doesn't need to keep repeating the same thing.  We heard you, now we want to hear what the others have to say.   At one point, Ana was speaking and Meghan butted in.  Ana politely and calmly said something like, "let me finish my point and then we can get to that."   I think if Meghan would settle down I could actually listen to what she has to say.
