Jim Acosta's White House credentials....

were ordered to be returned/reinstated by a Judge that was appointed by the pervert!

Per the NYT:

A judge ruled in favor of CNN’s request for an emergency order restoring the White House credentials for Jim Acosta, in a blow to President Trump.

This is considered to be a win, not only for Acosta for  CNN as well!!

Haha!!  Now watch the tweets begin....

Re: Jim Acosta's White House credentials....

The journalists in the press conferences should really stick up for each other. That way head would think twice about being the big bully he is....

Re: Jim Acosta's White House credentials....

I read that many of them did stand up for him....

and really unbelievable was Faux standing up for him as well....

A group of CNN’s competitors, including Fox News, joined together to support CNN and Jim Acosta in their lawsuit against the White House seeking to regain Acosta’s press access there.

Fox News President Jay Wallace said in a statement that while the network doesn’t “condone the growing antagonistic tone by both the President and the press,” it does, however, “support a free press, access and open exchanges for the American people.” Wallace also said Fox would file a brief in support of CNN’s suit in federal court in Washington.

Re: Jim Acosta's White House credentials....

Today the WH announced that it was over....I don't believe them, so we'll see....

(CNN)The White House on Monday said that CNN correspondent Jim Acosta's press pass has been "restored," bowing to days of pressure and a federal lawsuit against the administration. In response, CNN said in a court filing that it has dropped the ongoing litigation over Acosta's access to the White House.

"Today the White House fully restored Jim Acosta's press pass. As a result, our lawsuit is no longer necessary," the network said in a statement. "We look forward to continuing to cover the White House."

Monday afternoon's announcement, what the White House called a "final determination," was an abrupt shift from the administration's earlier positions.

You're right about that. I wondered why the other journalists in the room that day weren't up in arms about what happened. Journalists need to be a united front to show #45 that they won't be bullied, and most importantly they are not the enemy and their reports are not fake news.
