Good morning Spunky and plan b.....it's really cold here and the weather report says to expect snow over the next few days....thanks to the snow they had in North Carolina it's headed up to Canada.
I did some gift wrapping this morning. I need to do a grocery store run this afternoon. I'm going to make cranberry relish at some point this week and I didn't buy enough pears. It's such a good recipe. It freezes well. It's great with ham and turkey, and it's fantastic over Camembert cheese.....bonus when you bake it in the oven it smells and tastes like Christmas.
